3D-konfigurator byggd p\u00e5 rekordtid lyfte Wheelsystems m\u00e4ssa<\/h3>\n

Nordens st\u00f6rsta fordonsm\u00e4ssa Autom\u00e4ssan 2026<\/a> i G\u00f6teborg samlade \u00f6ver 18 300 bes\u00f6k och 220 utst\u00e4llare, en perfekt arena f\u00f6r innovation. Bara veckor innan m\u00e4ssan kontaktade Wheelsystem<\/a> oss p\u00e5 Wexer med en akut f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gan: \u201cKan ni ta fram en 3D-konfigurator f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra hjultv\u00e4ttar \u2013 innan m\u00e4ssan \u00f6ppnar?\u201d Trots den korta tiden antog vi utmaningen. Resultatet blev en blixtsnabb utveckling av en interaktiv 3D-l\u00f6sning som stod klar lagom till m\u00e4ssans start.<\/p>\n

Snabb, snygg och enkel att anv\u00e4nda.<\/h3>\n

P\u00e5 m\u00e4ssan kunde Wheelsystem, en ledande akt\u00f6r inom smart hjulhantering, stolt visa upp sin nya webbaserade 3D-konfigurator i montern. Bes\u00f6karna fick sj\u00e4lva konfigurera en hjultv\u00e4tt (t.ex. l\u00e4gga till in-\/utmatare) och direkt se maskinen i realistisk 3D-visning. Konfiguratorn genererar dessutom automatiskt layoutritningar f\u00f6r varje kundanpassning, vilket inneb\u00e4r att potentiella kunder omedelbart kunde f\u00e5 en utskrift med och underlag, perfekt f\u00f6r offert eller planering av installation.<\/p>\n

\u201cWheelsystem h\u00f6rde av sig strax f\u00f6re m\u00e4ssan och beh\u00f6vde n\u00e5got extra i montern. P\u00e5 bara n\u00e5gra veckor levererade vi en snygg och l\u00e4ttanv\u00e4nd 3D-konfigurator som genererar layoutritningar direkt. Det visar styrkan i v\u00e5rt arbetss\u00e4tt och v\u00e5r l\u00e5nga erfarenhet av CPQ och produktkonfigurering f\u00f6r industrin.\u201d

Projektet med Wheelsystem ligger helt i linje med v\u00e5r satsning p\u00e5 smarta CPQ-verktyg (Configure, Price, Quote). N\u00e4sta steg blir att b\u00e4dda in 3D-konfiguratorn p\u00e5 Wheelsystems egen publika hemsida och vidareutveckla den till ett fullskaligt s\u00e4ljverktyg online i Wengine CPQ, precis som vi till exempel har gjort f\u00f6r Weland Solutions hissautomater, som g\u00e5r att l\u00e4sa mer om i v\u00e5rt kundcase.<\/a><\/p>\n

Med Wengine<\/a> kan vi koppla ihop konfiguratorn med Monitor ERP<\/a> som kommer att \u201d\u00e4ga\u201d artikeldata och ta emot ordrar, s\u00e5 att kunden sj\u00e4lv kan konfigurera och best\u00e4lla sin l\u00f6sning helt digitalt. Wheelsystem f\u00e5r d\u00e4rmed en skr\u00e4ddarsydd kundportal som effektiviserar hela fl\u00f6det fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rsta kundkontakt till f\u00e4rdig order.<\/p>\n

Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett tydligt exempel p\u00e5 hur digitalisering och 3D-visualisering kan skapa merv\u00e4rde. P\u00e5 rekordtid fick Wheelsystem ett nytt verktyg som inte bara imponerade p\u00e5 Autom\u00e4ssan, utan som \u00e4ven banar v\u00e4g f\u00f6r en mer effektiv och kundv\u00e4nlig f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsprocess fram\u00f6ver.<\/em><\/p>\n
