Pelly Group develops and produces storage solutions and interior design products for kitchens, wardrobes, and other storage needs. Through brands such as LG Collection and Pelly, the company offers, among other things, worktops and splashbacks, made-to-measure sliding doors, wardrobe interiors, and console and storage systems.

Over a decade of development together.

Collaboration between Wexer and Pelly Group was launched over eleven years ago when the first configurator for LG Collections worktops and splashbacks were developed.

Since then, the solution has been gradually expanded in line with the company's needs, and today several parts of the group are covered by a common customer portal, fully integrated with Monitor ERP.

A customer portal for the entire sales process.

Today, customer service, sales representatives, and over 1,400 resellers work daily in Pelly's customer portal, built on Wengine CPQ. Users can configure products, create quotes, and register orders directly against Monitor ERP in a cohesive workflow.

The solution is integrated with Monitor’s configurator but complements it with a more user-friendly and visual approach to complex product sales. Through Wengine, product rules, business logic and user flows are managed in a way that makes it easier for both internal users and resellers to get it right first time.

Visualisation and automation.

The products are visualised in real-time using DynaMaker, which gives the user direct feedback on their choices. Based on each configuration, drawings, dimensions, specifications, and production documents are also automatically generated.

The result is a digital flow where information accompanies you all the way from product selection and quotation to order, production, and delivery.
