To streamline work and create better support for both the sales organization and dealers, Herber has chosen to digitalize its configuration and quotation process together with Wexer.

KSL Trading is a wholesale company in edgebanding, panel materials and adhesives. Previously, customer orders were registered manually in Excel. Now the orders are imported directly into Wengine, where saw files are automatically created, active items are selected and orders are sent to the Monitor business system. This saves over 300 hours per year.

The tool is built on Wexer's platform Wengine and allows salespeople and customers to design customer-specific solutions in real time and go from idea to exact solution, in a dramatically shorter time than before.

The scaffolding is highly customizable when it comes to design. Together with Wexer, HAKI has built a product configurator that makes the design process both faster and easier.
