Saves time when processing quotes and orders
Broddson chooses to collaborate with Wexer to streamline and secure their processes by implementing Wengine CPQ. This tool will primarily save time in quote and order management for their Scandia product group, a large elevator sweeper that is sold extensively internationally.
Wengine CPQ pulls information from, in this case, the Pyramid ERP system, ensuring that only current items can be selected. This means that Broddson only needs to update his information in one place, and the latest information, such as price, is automatically included when Wengine pulls it.
In Wengine CPQ, the process of creating a Scandia trolley will be presented clearly and visually to the user. The tool also generates attractive quotes, order templates and machine cards, which serve both as a basis for the customer and as a preparation basis in production.
Significantly easier to do right
With Wengine CPQ, it will be significantly easier to do the right thing, and much of the manual work will be automated after implementation, contributing to a Lean Office environment.
