Wexer has really had a fantastic start! We started operations on September 1st (merger of AppCentric and Lexen IT-konsult) and it has been in full swing since then. Now it is also clear that we will take over ServiceManager that Ventilteknik in Motala uses for, among other things, mapping and action plans for valves. The system is developed by Melent AB, which has now handed over continued operation and development of the system to Wexer.
ServiceManager provides Ventilteknik with information such as when it is time to service a valve, what actions will be needed in the future, and the ability to store measurement results and print reports, etc. ServiceManager also gives service technicians in the field the ability to easily document, photograph and time their work. The system, which is of course integrated with Ventilteknik's business system, automatically generates all documentation, time reports, etc. needed for a job performed and sends it to the customer's contact persons. The system provides the customer with truly appreciated added value and is one of the success factors for Ventilteknik.
We humbly thank Kjell-Åke at Melent AB for his trust in Wexer and for allowing us to take over a nice and well-built system. And we already know that Kjell-Åke will have a hard time tearing himself away from the details of a system that is truly built with heart.
Once we have familiarized ourselves with all parts of the system, we will start making it easy for staff to fill out risk analyses. Really fun with new customers and new collaborations!
