Wexer pays out the finder's fee as earned income. We pay employer contributions of just over SEK 3,000 and deduct income tax of approximately SEK 3,000, meaning you will receive about SEK 7,000 paid into your account. If you have a company and an F-tax certificate, you can choose to invoice us SEK 10,000 excluding VAT instead.
The referrer's name will be communicated to the candidate applying for the job. If multiple people have referred the same person, the finder's fee will be paid to the person who referred them first. The finder's fee will be paid out 10 days after the candidate has signed an employment contract.
