KSL Trading is a wholesale company within edgebanding, board materials and adhesives. From a state-of-the-art sawmill and a fully automated picking warehouse, they serve furniture, interior design, housing and design companies.

KSL saves 300 hours per year with Wengine

By opting out of manual registration of customer orders in Excel and instead switching to importing customer orders directly into Wengine for automatically created saw files, selecting active items and sending orders to the Monitor business system, over 300 hours per year are saved.

With that time savings as a basis, KSL Trading was able to completely redirect a full-time position, from manual order registration to more qualified tasks that better support the business.

The investment also means that KSL Trading can retrieve good statistics and easily search for and copy orders or resume projects.

As a next step, Wexer supplemented the company's web portal with a public homepage where customers can search for items themselves. After logging in, they also have access to stock balances and price information.

If the customer works in the Monitor business system, orders can be uploaded and automatically landed as a project in Wengine for production.
