KSL Trading saves 300 hours per year with Wengine
Many companies use Excel in some form in their sales work and/or to supplement the quotation and/or order information in their business system. KSL in Vaggeryd was one of them. Excel is a really good program, but in KSL's case, we were able to speed up their sales process considerably with the help of Wengine. Thanks to the fact that they can now import customers' orders directly into Wengine, automatically generate saw files, select active items and send orders directly to Monitor, over 300 hours are saved per year. They can also get good statistics and easily search for and copy or repeat projects/orders.
The web portal has been supplemented with a new website
We have now supplemented their Web portal with a public website, where customers can search for items themselves. If they log in, they can also see stock balances and their prices. In the near future, customers who are in Monitor will also be able to order and upload their orders (from their business system) which will automatically end up as a project/customer order in Wengine for production. They will also be able to see previous/ongoing orders and have the option to repeat a previous order, etc. We suspect that both customers and KSL will save a lot of time in the future.
Figure 2 – Customers who are in Monitor can log in and see price and stock levels. In step two, they will also be able to specify the dimensions they want for their boards by uploading an Excel file or entering them for each item. They will also be able to view their previous and ongoing orders.

They do this easily by uploading an Excel file with specified items and dimensions or entering the dimensions directly to the desired item.
